Arunima Ghosh Dr. Sandeep Kumar Reddy 02nd January 2019 ML method has become a promising tool in computational research because of its extraordinary expertise in handling complexatomic systems without solving the laborious electronic Schrodinger equation. The continuous advancement in the predictive accuracy of the ML approaches has a transformative effect in modelling the PES. These ML-based PES can be integrated with MD simulation to predict molecular properties at the accuracy of high-level ab initio methods.Despite the fact that the rapid progress of ML methods has transformed the molecular system and made it possible to simulate molecules and materials which were previously considered impossible, there are still some significant challenges in this field that need to be solved to make ML-FF more efficient. Our research is focused to find the solutions to these limitations and making a transferable and efficient ML-FF for larger molecules.
